01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
3. The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "The Petitioners, therefore, pray that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this Writ Petition, call for the records and after hearing the parties allow the same, issue writ/writs in the nature of certiorari/mandamus and/or any other further writ/direction and set aside the order no. 2701/IV-63/2021 Estt dated 2.08.2021 & Letter no. 2703/2021 Estt dated 2.08.2021 passed by the BDO, Papadahandi/Opposite Party No.-5 under Annexure-1 series, and further be pleased to fix the pay of th petitioner in Level8, Cell-24 at Rs.57,500/- in the Pay Matrix of ORSP Rules, 2017.
And for which the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting their grievances, the petitioners have filed a
// 2 // representation on 07.06.2022 at Annexure-9 to the Writ Petition before the Opp. Party No. 3, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, they pray that a direction be issued to the Opp. Party No. 3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.
4. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Opposite Party No. 3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and taking into account Annexure-10 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
