This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioners for modification of the order dated 11.10.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that inadvertently it has been mentioned "G.R. Case No.246 of 2022" in the cause title as well as in the contents of the bail application instead of "G.R. Case No.446 of 2022" for which the said mistake has been crept into the 5th paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 11.10.2022 passed by this Court. Accordingly, the same may be corrected.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners is permitted to correct the cause title as well as contents of the bail application in Court today. 6.

Accordingly, the expression "G.R. Case No.246 of 2022" occurred in the 5th paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 11.10.2022 be read as "G.R. Case No.446 of 2022".

So far as the extension of time to surrender of the Petitioners before the Court of J.M.F.C.-cum-C.J.(Jr.), Kanasa, Puri is concerned, the time to surrender of the Petitioner is extended to another four weeks from today subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days hence and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit. 8.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the Petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

Rest part of the said order dated 11.10.2022 remains unaltered. 10.

I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
