Perused the letter of learned Senior Civil Judge, Rourkela dated 2nd August, 2023 (at Flag-X), whereby it prayed for further extension of six months time for disposal of Execution Proceeding No.20 of 2012 pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 20th January, 2023 in CMP No.552 of 2022. 3.

Considering the request of learned Senior Civil Judge, Rourkela, this Court directs that the order dated 20th January, 2023 shall be complied with by the end of February, 2024. 4.

Registry shall communicate this order to learned trial Court forthwith.
