This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction for early disposal of Second Appeal No.705 of 2022 pending before learned State Information Commission.

Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Commission on instruction submits that the matter is admitted and posted to 20th September, 2022 for appearance of the respondents. 4.

Since the matter is not ready for hearing, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition at this stage. It is, however, observed that the Petitioner, if so advised, may file an application for early disposal of the said Second Appeal when it becomes ready for hearing stating the grounds therein. In that event, learned Commission may proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
