This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ application has been disposed of by order dated 28.06.2022 but, in Paragraph-6 of the said order, it has been inadvertently typed out as "Annexure-2 series" instead of "Annexure-2" and considering the representation, the petitioner shall be allowed to stay in his present place of posting till a decision is taken on the representation but the said fact has not be reflected in the said order "till a decision is taken on the representation vide Annexure-2, the petitioner shall not be disturbed from his present place of posting." Hence, modification has been sought for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in Paragraph-6 of the said order of the order dated 28.06.2022, it be mentioned as "Annexure-2" in place of "Annexure-2 series" and the last line of paragraph-6, it be mentioned as "till a decision is taken on the representation vide Annexure-2, the petitioner shall not be disturbed from his present place of posting.", rest part of the remaining the same. 5.

The I.A is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
