the case to be considered by the Collector for consideration of a case of the petitioner under Section 26(2) of the Grama Panchayat Act, 1964. This Court finds petitioner has already made a complain before the Collector, Malkangiri-opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-3. In disposal of the writ petition, this Court directs the Collector, Malkangiri-opposite party no.2 to undertake the exercise under Section 26(2) of the Orissa Grama Panchayat Act, 1964 involving Annexure-3 and dispose of such proceeding also involving the party likely to be affected.
