This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This RPFAM has been filed assailing the interim order dated 2nd June, 2018 (Annexure-11) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Criminal Proceeding No.217 of 2015, whereby he directed the Petitioner to pay maintenance @ Rs.3,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.2,700/- per month to the Opposite Party No.2 from the date of filing of the application i.e. from 2nd February, 2017. 3.

In view of the fact that an interim order is challenged, the RPFAM is not maintainable.

However, Mr. Baral, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM to work out his remedy in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the RPFAM is disposed of as withdrawn. 6.

Interim order dated 16th August, 2018 passed in I.A. No.282 of 2018 stands vacated.

Certified copy of the impugned order under Annexure-11 be returned back to learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.
