Mr. N. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to approached the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above submission, the contempt petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
