This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This matter was not in today's cause list. On being mentioned by learned counsel for the Petitioners stating that the matters involving similar questions of fact and law are listed today in supplementary list, the matter is taken up through special list. 3.

Petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the validity of the list of eligible candidates prepared and notified by the Election Officer, Kenduapada Service Cooperative Society, Kenduapada, in the district of Bhadrak.

Since the notification for the ensuing Cooperative Election has already been published and the election is scheduled to be held on 26th June, 2022, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed. Petitioner, if so advised, may file a properly constituted election dispute for redressal of his grievances as made out in this writ petition in accordance with law.
