This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual / Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsels for the Parties.

After para-6 and before para-7 of the order dated 20.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.7485 of 2022, the following sub-paragraph will be added - "Ground of parity, if canvassed by learned counsel for the Petitioner, shall be taken into consideration by the learned court in seisin over the matter, while considering the bail application of the Petitioner." 4.

Three weeks' further time is extended for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned courts below as per the aforesaid order dated 20.07.2022, other conditions remaining the same.

Order dated 20.07.2022 is modified to the above extent only, and the I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
