Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he has no instruction.

In fact, on the last occasion Mr. Mishra, learned counsel was requested to take instruction on the compromise between the parties and respond back.

In view of the above submission of having no instruction, the CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

Resultantly, interim order dated 18.05.2011 passed in Misc. Case No.1124 of 2011 stands vacated.
