This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Erasama P.S. Case No.22 of 2005 arising out of ICC Case No.61 of 2005 corresponding to G.R. Case No.131 of 2005 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C. (P), Kujanga. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has no instruction in this matter.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter and have lost interest in the litigation.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.

This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
