This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. in Angul P.S. Case No.340 of 2010, corresponding to C.T. Case No.1277 of 2010, pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Angul.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this Criminal Misc. Case with liberty to the Petitioner to seek quashemnt of the cognizance/charge, if the case is still pending. 4.

Giving such liberty to the Petitioner, the CRLMC stands disposed of.
