This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.7488 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 20.07.2022 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner but in 3rd and 4th line of the paragraph-7 of the said order, it has been inadvertently written "any criminal antecedent". In fact, the petitioner has "more than one criminal antecedents of similar nature". Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in 3rd line of paragraph-7 of the order dated 20.07.2022 the words "more than one criminal antecedents of similar nature" be inserted after the word "has" and in 4th line of the said paragraph-7 it be mentioned "more than one criminal antecedents of similar nature" in place of "any criminal
// 2 // antecedents" of the said line, rest part of the order remaining the same.

The I.A is disposed of accordingly.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application in course of the day.
