Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the action of Opposite Party No.4-Election Officer, Gunupur LAMPCS, Kolnara and Opposite Party No.5-Chief Executive-cum-M.D., Gunupur LAMPCS in the district of Raygada in rejecting the nomination of the Petitioner in respect of the constituency No.7 of the said Society.

Since the election has already been conducted on 26th June, 2022, the matter has become infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, open to the Petitioner to raise grievance made in this writ petition by filing a properly constituted election dispute.
