This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 26.08.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the petition; the order dated 26.08.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 7th and 8th line of 3rd paragraph, the number of the "C.T. Case No.52 of 2022" and name of the court "S.D.J.M., Phulbani" be substituted by "C.T. Case No.50 of 2022" and "Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Phulbani". The same be corrected accordingly.

In view of the above correction, the time period for surrender of the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 before the court in seisin of the case is extended by two weeks with effect from today.

6. The I.A. is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
