1. The Opposite Party No.2 has filed an affidavit in this Court admitting that she and the Petitioner have married, and are living together as husband and wife and she does not want any further proceedings against the Petitioner.

2. In that view of the matter, Dharmasala P.S. Case No. 433 (31) of 2008 corresponding to G.R. Case No- 898 of 2008 pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole, is hereby quashed.

3. Accordingly, the CRLMC is allowed, but in the circumstances with no orders as to costs.
