This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Nayagarh P.S. Cse No.37(6) of 2011 correspondng to G.R. Case No.190 of 2011 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh.

None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

Learned counsel for the State submits that in the aforesaid case charge sheet has already been filed. 5.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.
