This petition has been filed by the Petitioner to modify the condition imposed by the trial court in connection with G.R Case No.114 of 2020 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

Considering the recitals in the CRLMA, the condition imposed for appearance of the Petitioner on each date of trial till disposal of the aforesaid case stands modified to the extent that the Petitioner shall appear before the trial court as and when necessary for disposal of the case.

With the aforesaid order, this CRLMA stands disposed of. 6.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
