Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners do not want to press this Criminal Misc. Case and, as such, they may be permitted to withdraw the same. To that effect, a memo has been filed.

Hence, the CRLMC stands dismissed as being withdrawn. 5.

Interim order dated 29th June, 2011 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.1026 of 2011 stands vacated.
