2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

Learned counsel for the Contemnor/Opposite Party submits that the order dated 29th January, 2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.710 of 2019 has been duly complied with in as much as that after giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners, an order dated 9th August, 2019 was passed by the Collector, Bhadrak. The same was supplemented by another order dated 5th February, 2021 passed by Collector, Bhadrak, whereby the Gochar land over which the construction was made, was dereserved being in excess of sanctioned reservation and thereby legalizing the construction made for the Revenue Department.
