Mr.D.K.Panda, learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the opposite party does not want to proceed with C.P. No.901 of 2021 which he has filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack, as he has filed an application in the said Court for withdrawal of the aforesaid C.P. case. 2.

In view of the above, this transfer application has become infructuous and is disposed of as such. However, liberty is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to revive this transfer application in case of necessity.
