This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. in Bamerbari P.S. Case No.37 of 2010, corresponding to G.R. Case No.166 of 2010, pending in the Court of J.M.F.C., Barbil.

Since the FIR allegation discloses commission of cognizable offences, the prayer for quashment of the FIR is without any substance. 5.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, if charge sheet has been filed and cognizance has been taken and he has been proceeded in the aforesaid case, if so aggrieved.
