This is an application for conversion of nomenclature. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the present petition arises out of a proceeding under Section 127 adjudicated by a Judge, Family Court, the nomenclature of the present petition should be 'RPFAM' instead of 'CRLREV'. 4.

In such view of the matter, the Registry is directed to verify the same and the nomenclature be converted from 'CRLREV' to 'RPFAM' and assign with a new number.
