The grievance of the Petitioner in the writ petition is with regard to inaction of the R.T.O., Keonjhar-Opposite Party No.1 in transferring the ownership of the vehicle bearing Registration No.OD-09-T-9399 (Truck).

At the outset, Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the relief sought for in this writ petition has already been granted. Hence, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
