2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "(I ) The Resolution dated 20.8.2020 under Annexure-2, and Notification dated 28.9.2020 under Annexure-3 and Notification dated 29.10.2020 under Annexure-7 shall not be quashed as illegal and the petitioner shall be transferred back to his parental cadre, department and post (ii) The inaction of the Opp. parties in not inviting fresh option from the petitioner according to new cadre rules shall not be declared arbitrary, illegal and contrary to settled principle of law.
(iii) And it may be directed to the opposite parties that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner till disposal of the writ application.

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
