Heard Mr. R. Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner in I.A. and Mr. S. Mohanty, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner.

This I.A. has been filed seeking extension of time to comply order dated 14.10.2022. It is contended that the order passed by this Court on 14.10.2022 was challenged in Writ Appeal No.1578 of 2022 and the Appellate Court did not interfere with the order while dismissing the appeal vide order dated 31.03.2023. Since in the meantime the time fixed by this Court for conclusion of the proceeding had already lapsed, the present I.A. was filed.

Having heard Mr. Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner in the I.A., this Court in view of the conduct of the petitioner in the I.A. though is not inclined to extend the date, but considering the submissions made, this Court directs the petitioner in the I.A. to conclude the proceeding as directed by the end of September, 2023. But the time is so extended subject to payment cost of Rs.5000/- to the Orissa High Court Bar Association Welfare Fund. The receipt showing such payment be filed by Monday (24.07.2023). 5.
I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
