Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners want to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a better application.

In view of such submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this CRLMC stands dismissed being withdrawn with the liberty sought for. Interim order dated 24.04.2013 passed by this Court stands vacated.
