This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed by the petitioner to convert the present BLAPL to Criminal Appeal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently he has filed the present application as BLAPL instead of Criminal Appeal as the matter relates to challenge of order passed under SC & SC(P&A) Act and such order passed under SC & SC(P&A) Act is appealable one.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the prayer of the petitioner is allowed and it is accordingly directed to convert the present BLAPL to Criminal Appeal. The D.R.(Judicial) is requested to do the needful for listing the matter before the appropriate Bench
