This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioners could not surrender before the learned court below in time. Hence, the present I.A. has been filed for extension of time to surrender. 5.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 20.07.2022, if they surrender before the learned court below on or before 24th of August, 2022 as last chance.
