Mr. Rout, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant. 2.

Mr. Acharya, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of alleged contemner and submits, there has been compliance by issuance of order dated 19th July, 2022 from office of alleged contemner. It will appear from said order, annexed to the compliance affidavit filed. It was passed pursuant to order dated 12th May, 2022 of this Bench, disposing of applicants writ petition. Mr. Rout submits, this cannot be accepted as compliance and there should be cognizance of contempt. 3.

Office of alleged contemner has passed aforesaid order. Direction in order dated 12th May, 2022 disposing of the writ petition was for consideration of applicant's representation dated 25th June, 2021 and

// 2 // decision to be taken on consideration thereof, informed to applicant. Decision has been taken and informed. Court is satisfied there has been compliance. Mr. Acharya tenders unconditional apology on behalf of alleged contemner for delayed compliance.

The apology is accepted and compliance noted. Petitioner, if aggrieved, is at liberty to mount substantial challenge against aforesaid order of compliance.

The contempt application is disposed of.
