2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Capital P.S. Case No.864 of 1993 corresponding to G.R. Case No.3642 of 1993 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar on the ground of compromise made between the parties.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2013. Defects pointed out by the S.R. have not yet been removed.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks for an adjournment to remove the defects. But I am not inclined to adjourn the matter further.

5. Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. (S. Pujahari) Judge PKS
