This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"In the premises, therefore, it is humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the O.Ps to pay her gratuity by calculating from her initial date of appointment i.e. from 15.10.1992 at earliest as per clarification dtd. 31.07.2019 Annexure-6; And further be pleased to pass any other appropriate order/orders as deemed fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case for ends of jus6tice;" 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation
// 2 // ventilating her grievance before State Housing Board through its Secretary-Opposite Party No.3 -Opposite Party No.3 which may be considered within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law. 5.
Learned counsel for the State on the other hand submits that he has no objection if permission is granted to the petitioner to file the representation before the Opposite Party No.3 and the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 6.
In view of the aforesaid limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before Odisha State Housing Board through its Secretary-Opposite Party No.3 ventilating her grievance within a period of two weeks. If such a representation is filed within the time stipulated, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the said Opposite Party No.3 taking into account under Annexure-6 in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter and the decision so taken on the representation of the petitioner shall be communicated within two weeks thereafter. 7.
With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
