This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been field by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. in Patkura P.S. Case No.5 of 2011, corresponding to G.R. Case No.13 of 2011, pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Kendrapara. 3.
The Petitioners seek quashment of the aforesaid F.I.R., which was lodged after ex parte divorce proceeding. 4.
The aforesaid contention of the Petitioners is without any substance.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
