This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Mr. M.K. Mishra, learned Sr. Counsel assisted by Mr. M.K. Rajguru, learned counsel appears for the petitioner. 3.

As submitted, the vires of Procurement of Energy from Renewable Sources and its Compliance Regulation, 2015 issued by the Odisha Regulatory Commission (OERC) vide their Notification dated 01.08.2015 has been challenged in this writ petition. 4.

In view of the order dated 13.07.2022 of the Odisha Regulatory Commission this writ petition, filed by the petitioner M/s. NALCO, has become infructuous.

In the face of the above statement and in terms of the order dated 13.07.2022 as passed by the Odisha Regulatory Commission in Case No.24 of 2022, we dispose of the writ petition as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.
