Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.29 of 2019 arising out of Rayagada P.S. Case No.33 of 2019, pending on the files of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rayagada, under Sections 302 IPC and is in custody since 10.02.2019. 4.
Since it is stated at the Bar that most of the cited witnesses have already been examined. The BLAPL is disposed of directing the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order.
