It is observed, there was disposal of W.P.(C) No. 34728 of 2021 by this Court earlier involving self-same issue. In the circumstance, this Court finds, there is no scope for entertaining the Writ Petition, which is rejected accordingly. Petitioner, if so advised may avail any other remedy if available.
