Considering the prayer of the Petitioner, this Court directs, in Order No.

the event the application for demarcation of the land at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 is still pending, the Tahasildar, Sadar, Cuttack-sole Opposite Party is directed to undertake the demarcation exercise involving the adjacent land owner and complete the same within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. 2.
