2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Paradeep Lock P.S. Case No.119 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. Case No.623 of 2011 pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C., Kujanga.

3. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

4. It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

5. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

6. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
