Heard Mr. K.C. Sarangi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate.

Mr. Sarangi files the deficit court fee of Rs.6/- in Court today along with a memo. The same be tagged to the case records.

According to Mr.

Sarangi, the petitioners are aggrieved by the non-disposal of L.A. Case No.44 of 2019 pending in the Court of Presiding Officer, L.A.R & R Authority, Cuttack (opposite party No.3).

In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.3 to conclude the said proceeding within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this writ

// 2 // petition is disposed of with a direction to the Presiding Officer, L.A.R & R Authority, Cuttack (opposite party No.3) to make all endeavours to dispose of the above noted case in accordance with law by the end of this year, if there is no other impediment.
