Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

An adjournment is sought on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner.

On perusal of the order dated 09.02.2022 it is seen that since the date of its filing on 28.06.2021, the present matter had suffered adjournments at the instance of the petitioner on 14.07.2021, 28.07.2021, 17.08.2021, 08.09.2021, 29.10.2021, 09.11.2021, 22.11.2021 and 12.01.2022.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the motion for adjournment. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party

No.2, Mr. Mallick also raise serious objection relating to the prayer for adjournment.
