Heard Mr.K.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.A.K.Nanda, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 2.

Mr.Mishra files deficit court fee of Rs.6/- in Court today along with a memo.

According to Mr.Mishra though L.A. Case No. 45 of 2019, which was instituted on their request under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, is still pending before the Presiding Officer, L.A.R & R Authority, Cuttack (opposite party No.3) without same being disposed of. In such background he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.3 to conclude the above noted proceeding within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Presiding Officer, L.A.R & R Authority, Cuttack (opposite party No.3) to make all endeavour to dispose of the above noted proceeding in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
