Heard Mr. R. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

On instruction, Mr.

Mohanty submits that upon completion of investigation in connection with Sunabeda P.S. Case No.163 of 2021, Charge Sheet No.17 dated 31.01.2022 has already been filed before the jurisdictional Court under Section 302 I.P.C against accused Jugal Kishore Jena. 3.

Mr. Panda submits that since the charge sheet has not been filed against other accused persons, he wants to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner and accordingly wants to withdraw the present petition.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
