2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in Sambalpur Vigilance P.S. Case No.62 of 2011 corresponding to Vigilance G.R. Case No.55 of 2011 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Sambalpur.

3. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

4. It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.
