2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 16.08.2011 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Salipur in G.R. Case No.102 of 2011 wherein the learned J.M.F.C has taken cognizance under Sections 448/294/353/506 IPC and Section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act against him.

3. It appears that in spite of the direction dated 17.12.2011, defects have not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

5. It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

6. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (S. Pujahari) Judge PKS
