This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. vide Bhubaneswar Vigilance P.S. Case No.55 of 2009, corresponding to V.G.R. No.55 of 2009, pending in the Court of Special Judge (Vigilance), Bhubaneswar, so far as the Petitioner is concerned.

Petitioner seeks quashment of the F.I.R. But, it is stated that in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been filed and the case is pending.

Giving liberty to the Petitioner, if so aggrieved against the aforesaid proceeding, by filing an appropriate petition challenging the proceeding against him, if there is no legal impediment, this petition stands disposed of.

Interim order dated 13th December, 2011 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.3084 of 2011 stands vacated. 6.
Order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
