This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners apprehending their arrest in Kendrapara P.S. Case No.97 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offence punishable under Section 395 of the I.P.C., has filed this petition for their release on pre-arrest bail. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the Petitioners had come to this Court in ABLAPL No.7248 of 2021 which was disposed of on merit. Thereafter, they, being not satisfied with that order, have again approached this Court by filing this bail application for their release on pre-arrest bail.

Hence, I see no reason to allow the Petitioners to be released on pre-arrest bail by entertaining this subsequent petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioners stands rejected.

The ABLAPL is, accordingly, dismissed.
