The petitioners in this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") have prayed for quashing of the F.I.R. in Barbil P.S. Case No.60 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. Case No.174 of 2010 pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Barbil.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this petition with liberty to challenge the order of cognizance already taken.

Needless to say that the liberty sought for by the petitioners is always available with them. As such, this CRLMC stands dismissed as not pressed.
