This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the correctness of the voter list of the members for the ensuing election of office bearers of Jamgaon Service Co-operative Society in the district of Bolangir.

Since the notification for election of Jamgaon Service Co-operative Society Election has already been published and the election is scheduled to be held on 26th June, 2022, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may agitate his grievance made out in the writ petition by filing a properly constituted election dispute.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
