2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Puri Sea Beach P.S. Case No.141 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1696 of 2011 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in this matter.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.
